Don Q Double Aged Sherry Cask Rum is a blend of rums aged 5 to 8 years in American white oak barrels. Once the initial phase of aging is complete, this exceptional rum blend is rested for an additional year in select, American white oak barrels previously used in the aging of Spanish oloroso sherry.
Golden amber color. Aromas of dulce de leche on shortbread, raisin toast, leather, and dried herbs and spices with a slightly chewy, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, medium-length cedar, orange sherbet, and vanilla extract finish.
