The Speyside Craft Brewery created a special beer that was aged in ex-Glenfiddich casks for a month before they were returned to the distillery and filled with whisky for a three-month finishing period. The result is a vibrant and fruity drama.
On the nose are aromas of green apple, pear, spring blossom, hops, and aromatic herbs. The palate is zesty with notes of cinnamon, lemon, apple, cream, vanilla. The finish is sweet, with a hint of hops.
