Reminiscent of 19th-century batching processes is a classic bourbon,  Barrels from three warehouses each contains a batch of a different age.
Lightly filtered, the bourbon batches are combined and infused with spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves) and citrus fruits, offering a soft and sweet finish on the palate.
