To make this extraordinary spirit wild papalome agaves are distilled once and then prior to the second distillation a homemade mole of chocolate, apples, bananas, chile mulato, chile ancho, cinnamon, cumin, peanuts, almonds and sesame seeds is added and distilled. A mind altering spirit that is truly unforgettable.
