Spanish for "rested," Reposado has earned its name, as it rests in large barrels anywhere from two months to a year during distillation. Because of the long process of deep aging, this brand of tequila has a pleasant sepia-colored hue to it, and just looking at it is enough to make you want to drink!
Aroma: Rich blue agave, with hints of its charred French white oak barrels.
Flavor: Its initial entry warms the palate, and is followed by flavors of vanilla, oak, cinnamon, and orange zest. The finish is long and pleasant.
Cheers, and enjoy this tequila!
