Matured in used rye barrels allowing the flavors to marry, creating a rich, smooth, and well-rounded product.

The nose has black cherry, cooked strawberries, orange zest, molasses, cinnamon, and sage. More cherry is on the palate along with dried fruit, spiced apples, orange, rosemary, and spice. Finishes with lingering citrus, dark chocolate, and dried fig notes.
