Description
This High West Yippee Ki-yay Whiskey Limited Release, which was awarded 93 points from Tasting Panel Magazine, was aged in oak barrels that previously contained vermouth and syrah.
It has a beautiful, ruby red color and a nose filled with cinnamon, creme de cassis, and herbs such as rosemary and sage. The palate shows sweeter notes of vanilla, caramel, and blackberries, and leads to an exquisite finish complete with orange peel, mint chocolate, and clover honey.
