Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of rich, dark fruits and baking spices on the nose, which yield fresh plum and blackberry fruit, violet, dried fig, vanilla bean and Chinese Five-Spice. The wine is juicy with plum and blackberry flavors prominent, layered with smoky and sappy maple wood, roasted almonds and hazelnuts that finishes long with fine, firm tannins. - Winery- GRAPE VARIETAL.
