Little Book Chapter 2 Noe Simple Task Blended Straight Bourbon features uncut, unfiltered 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey blended with 13-year-old Canadian Rye Whisky aged in re-charred barrels and 40-year-old corn-based Canadian Whisky aged in once-used bourbon barrels.
Nose: Caramel with soft spice and dried fruit notes.
Palate: Full-bodied blend of seasoned oak, spice, and vanilla notes with hints of cinnamon.
Finish: Slightly lingering with a warm spice finish.
