Distilled in the rolling hills of the Oaxacan Sierra by the Morales family, Madre Mezcal is distilled from agave Espadin and agave Cuishe using a family heirloom copper pot still.Nose: Subtle smoky notes, accentuated by a sweet earthy fragrance.
Palate: Herbal notes, with trace flavors of sage and minerals.
Finish: Lingering and Floral.
