Description
Classified as whiskey and not bourbon because it’s not aged in new charred oak barrels, but rather used bourbon barrels. This allows mellow flavor with less intense smoky, charred influence found in bourbons. Instead, sweetness, oak, mint and spice are dominant flavors.
