Copper Tongue hails from the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. The distillery is nestled in a valley with a spring-fed creek in an area known for its population of copperhead snakes. Cascade Hollow's single-story rickhouses, which draw inspiration from traditional Scottish barrel storage, are rather unique in the United States and help impart a special character to the aging whiskeys.
