The Whistler Oloroso Sherry Cask Blend
is the first of three cask finished blends from the Boann Distillery’s ‘Whistler Irish Whiskey Range’. It is comprised of malt and grain whiskeys which have been matured separately in ex-bourbon casks and then come together to be finished in the Oloroso sherry hogsheads over a 9 month period. Triple distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43%.
