WhistlePig 18 Year is part of a series of Whiskeys produced in Vermont to commemorate the Harvest of the Whistle pig. This Straight Rye Whisky is produced with a mash bill of corn malted barley and extra rye to impart a spicier tone all throughout the whiskey. This Straight Rye is fragrant and sweet with rich aromas of toasted almonds, mingled with rich caramel. On the palate, you'll notice undertones of smoked maple, and spice. The finish is long and lingering with sweet notes of dried fruit and honey. 

WhistlePig 21 Year is part of a series of Whiskeys produced in Vermont to commemorate the Harvest of the Whistle pig. This Single Malt Whisky is produced with a mash bill of corn malted barley and extra rye to impart a spicier tone all throughout the whiskey. This Single Malt is rich and complex with a buttery feel all throughout. On the palate, you'll notice sweet tones of maple, baked apples, and baking spice. The finish is is silky with undertones of vanilla.

History
WhistlePig 18 Year & 21 Year Bundle  are limited edition straight rye whiskey worthy of any connoisseur. It was produced in Shoreham, Vermont at a a 500 acre farm which is not opened to the public. This old whisky is Hand Bottled and is the oldest release of Whistle Pig to date. Whistlepig has continued to grow in popularity due to its longer aging process and premium packaging. Each annual edition is topped with a handcrafted glass stopper, which is also created in Vermont.
