Description
Raspberries from the Rigi mountain region, are carefully macerated and then distilled. The raspberry distillate first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years. It is then oak aged for 14-18 months. After it reaches maturity, the distillate is further refined with our home-made Bonificateur. Reminiscent of homemade raspberry jam.
Appearance - brilliant gold color
Aroma - fully ripe raspberries, chestnut puree with hints of chocolate and vanilla, reminiscent of grandmother's delicious homemade raspberry syrup
Palate - fruity sweetness, and opulent
Finish - long lasting
